Petition to Department of Infrastructure - Rugby Club Lease

RAMSEY TOWN COMMISSIONERS

Ramsey Town Commissioners have submitted a petition to the Department of Infrastructure seeking consent under Section 25 of the Local Government Act 1985 to grant a further 20 year lease to Ramsey Rugby Union Football Club for land on Mooragh Promenade Ramsey, land in the Commission’s ownership, being part of the Mooragh Estate, Ramsey.

The petition will be considered by the Department of Infrastructure and any views on the proposal should be submitted to the Petitions' Officer, Local Government Unit, Department of Infrastructure, Sea Terminal Building, Douglas, IM1 2RF, no later than 12 noon on Friday 11^th March 2022.
