Petition to enter into a Wayleave Agreement for Telecom Poles.
The Ramsey Town Commissioners have submitted a petition seeking the approval of the Department of Infrastructure, under Section 25 of the Local Government Act 1985, to permit the entering into a Wayleave Agreement for the installation of poles as part of the fibre broadband roll out strategy for the installation, inspection repair, alteration, removal or adding further cables in an existing duct on land in the Commission’s ownership in the vicinity of Bircham Avenue Close, Close Caarjys and Gladstone Avenue, Ramsey.

Any person who may wish to submit a view on the proposal should do so to the Petitions’ Officer, Department of Infrastructure, Sea Terminal Building, Douglas, Isle of Man. IM1 2SF, no later than 12 noon on Friday, 15th July, 2022.
