Petition to grant easement for electricity cable.
The Ramsey Town Commissioners have submitted a petition seeking the approval of the Department of Infrastructure, under Section 25 of the Local Government Act 1985, to the granting of an underground services easement for an electricity cable to the rear of the property “Peveril Court”, also known as “Bleak House”, Mooragh Promenade, Ramsey, under land in the Commission’s ownership situate abutting Hope Street and Old River Road and known as “The Peveril Plot”.

Any person who may wish to submit a view on the proposal should do so to the Petitions’ Officer, Department of Infrastructure, Sea Terminal Building, Douglas, Isle of Man. IM1 2SF, no later than 12 noon on Friday 15th July, 2022.
