Window Cleaning Contract (3 Year Contract)

Applicants are invited from experienced window cleaning contractors interested in being included on a Select List of Tenderers for three sheltered housing complexes administered by
the Committee.

The contract will commence on 1 April 2022 for the purpose of providing an external window and door cleaning service to be undertaken once per calendar month on each complex.

Garden Service Contract (3 Year Contract)

Applicants are invited from experienced garden maintenance contractors interested in being included on a Select List of Tenderers for three sheltered housing complexes administered by the Committee.
The contract will commence on 1 April 2022 for the purpose of maintaining all communal grassed areas, shrub and flower beds, and communal pathways around the Committee’s properties.

The Complexes are as follows:

1. ‘Cooyrt Balleigh’, Jurby Road, Ramsey

2. ‘Kerroo Glass’, Lezayre Estate, Ramsey

3. ‘Mayfield Apartments’, Queen’s Pier Road, Ramsey

An information pack regarding either of these projects and the terms and conditions which will apply may be obtained by writing to the Clerk, RNDHC,Town Hall, Parliament Square, Ramsey, Isle of Man, IM8 1RT.

After examining the information pack, the contractor will be required to submit a formal application and their quote.

The formal application and quote must be submitted BY HAND, not posted or emailed, within a sealed envelope marked for the attention of the Clerk, RNDHC, no later than 4.00pm on Friday 25 February 2022.
