Ramsey Town Commissioners invite suitably qualified and competent parties to apply for the lease of the Boathouse Café
The Boathouse Café is located in the Mooragh Park and the lease is offered for the period from the 1st January 2027 until 31st December 2033.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience in operating within the hospitality sector. The concession will require operation of the Cafe between and including the Easter and Manx Grand Prix period as a minimum.
Interested parties are invited to submit an Expression of Interest detailing their relevant experience by 4pm on 2nd October 2026
