The Department of Infrastructure is proposing to make an order, Mooragh Park (Public Right of Way No. 453, Ramsey) Cycle-Path Designation Order 2021, under Section 91a of the Highways Act 1986, the effect of which will be to designate the footpath, made up of the existing Public Right of Way No 453, to a cycle-path.
Public Right of Way No. 453 runs from the back of the footway on Bay View to the back of the footway on Grove Mount for a length of approximately 168 metres.
The PROW is currently designated as a footpath. If the Order is approved this designation will change to a cycle-path.

A draft copy of the Order and plan is also available for inspection at the Highway Services Division, Department of Infrastructure, Sea Terminal, Douglas, 1M1 2RF, or the offices of Ramsey Town Commissioners, by any person, free of charge, during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make representations on or object to this proposal should do so by notice in writing to the address above on or before Friday 30 July 2021.
