Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or companies for the servicing of a Town Warden contract on behalf of Ramsey Town Commissioners within the Town of Ramsey, for an initial period of three years commencing on 1st April 2018.

Wardens should be prepared to work unsocial hours and at weekends with a minimum of 20 hours each week therefore the proposed initial contract fee should be calculated on 1040 hours per annum.

It is possible that, during the period of this Contract, the enforcement of on-street parking may transfer to the responsibility of Local Authorities, therefore an extension to the contracted hours may be required.

Vehicles, fuel, insurance, uniforms, holiday and sickness cover shall be provided by any successful applicant.

Applications should be submitted in writing to the Town Clerk to reach the Town Hall no later than 3.30pm on Monday 19th February, 2018.
